We Need Your Help!
As we start planning for our 50th Anniversary Celebration, one of our first steps will be to gather contact information for the many people over the years who have been involved with or impacted by the United Ministry. This database will allow us to reach beyond our congregation with information about events that are taking place during the year. A form has been created on which you can share any contact information you may have. Chelsea Frisbee will develop this master database. You may also receive this form in an email which will allow you to fill it in electronically and return it to Chelsea via email.
Printed forms may be returned to either Chelsea or Carol. We encourage the return of forms by June 15th.
Alternatively, you may print the sheet (legal size – 8.5 X 14), fill it out and return it to the church office.
We look forward to gathering names and addresses for as many people as possible
